I’m Simoné, and my goal is get you moving in a way that feels good, in YOUR own way!
I created Move with Moné to help people feel strong, supported, and at home in their bodies — especially while navigating the intensity of city life. My mission is to offer thoughtful, personalized training that goes beyond “just workouts”. I want to help my clients build healthy, lasting habits that fit their real lives — whether that means feeling energized during a busy workweek, easing stress through movement, or simply reconnecting to their body in a sustainable way. I like to think of my work as a nervous-system-aware approach to strength. With my unique athletic background (former gymnast and dancer) and my passion for visual art - I weave the intensity of my former athlete years, the mindfulness of yoga, evidence-based training, and creativity in expression to have you leave each session feeling proud of yourself and connected to your body.
